Santos, 20, has a 3.76 ERA over two seasons and 83.2 innings pitched in the Dominican Summer League. Last season, he went 3-2 with a 3.82 ERA in 14 starts.
Testosterone Enanthate The suspension makes Santos the third Red Sox player popped for PEDs this year. Utility man Danny Santana and veteran right-hander Carlos Martinez both received 80-game bans in the spring.
